In a culture that tells us our bodies are always in need of improvement, midlife can feel like a narrowing—more rules, more pressure, more vigilance.
This 75-minute virtual gathering is an invitation to pause.
Together, we’ll explore how diet culture and ageism shape our relationship with our bodies over time—and what becomes possible when we loosen the grip of self-fixing and reclaim our bodies as partners rather than projects.
This is not a lecture or a wellness workshop.
There will be no before-and-after stories.
No food plans.
No movement prescriptions.
